In Dr. Messina’s 40 years as a board-certified physician, 35 of those have been spent at Pensacola Lung Group practicing pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine. Dr. Messina is proud of the fact that he has established a culture and system for excellent patient care at Pensacola Lung Group. He serves as a staff physician at Sacred Heart and Baptist hospitals, and is the medical director of the ICU at Sacred Heart Hospital.
Dr. Messina is also a member of the American Osteopathic Association and Medical Honor Society. He and his wife of 46 years have three children and seven beautiful grandchildren.
