More About Justin C. Reis
Dr. Reis is originally from St. Louis, Missouri, where he attended college and medical school at Saint Louis University. He then joined the U.S. Air Force, where he completed his residency in Internal Medicine in San Antonio, Texas, followed by a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Naval Medical Center San Diego.
Dr. Reis served as an Associate Professor of Medicine at San Antonio Medical Center for five years before separating from the Air Force and joining Pensacola Lung Group in 2020. He has a passion for lung cancer diagnosis and management and is credentialed to perform nearly all advanced bronchoscopic techniques. He has extensive experience in the management of asthma, COPD, and bronchiectasis, and serves as the medical director of the ECMO program at Ascension Sacred Heart.
When not working, Dr. Reis enjoys spending time with his wife, Starr, and their four children. He loves vacationing and hiking in national parks and is an active member of several local car clubs, participating in car shows throughout the year.
